WURDX provides a cloud-based document creation and collaboration platform with AI-powered writing tools. The Service allows users to create, edit, organize, and share documents with team members.

3. User Accounts

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or share through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

7. AI Features

Our AI-powered features use third-party AI services. With BYOK (Bring Your Own Key), you provide your own API keys and bear responsibility for their secure use. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by WURDX and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WURDX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. If you experience accidental duplicate charges or billing errors, please contact our support team within 7 days. First-time users may be eligible for a one-time courtesy refund, evaluated case-by-case.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
